  1. To enclose files:
  2.     1) Create a new message.
  3.    2) Click the 'ENCL' button.
  4.    4) Select one file at a time and click the 'Enclose>>' button.
  5. You will have to repeat step 4 for each of the files.
  6.    5) Click the 'Finished' button.
  7.  
  8. To remove a file from the enclosure list, simply select it and click the 'Remove' button.
